Hostway announces SharePoint® Services collaboration and upgrades to Merchant Manager programme

Users can more efficiently create and review any type of document with built-in document versioning and check-in and checkout capabilities. Teams may also distribute business-critical information more securely through password-protected SharePoint sites rather than relying on email.

Hostway have also announced the launch of Merchant Manager 2.5. The upgrade includes several key benefits including the integration of two more Payment Gateway providers, (Protx and Barclays EPDQ) a new Customer Group Management tool that enables customised customer groups for creating specific pricing and discounts, and an updated Order Manager. A completely new web portal called M2central has also been created, and is devoted to supporting Merchant Manager customers with an organic knowledge base, and a Future Developments page where users can request updates and new features.
